Hotel Arrangements:
We have a block of rooms reserved for Thursday night, September 25th, for “APIC”.  

The rooms are all suites, and include rooms with king beds or two double-bedded rooms.  

The rate is $139 and $20 for each additional guest.  It does not include taxes.  

Reservations must be received by 9/4/08 by individual call in.  Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time 12 pm. The following amenities are included at no extra charge:  luxurious, two room suite with wet bar/refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, sofa sleeper, two telephones with voicemail, data ports, two televisions, hairdryer, and irons with full sized ironing board.

Full cooked-to-order breakfast served
each morning in the garden atrium and two-hour hosted Manager’s Reception each evening in the atrium bar.  

Parking is free & 24 hour complimentary airport shuttle is available.
